Indian and Metis Scoop 60’s Scoop Class Action / Merchant Law

Good Morning everyone. I hope your all doing really good.

I went to visit Melissa over at Merchant Laws Group in Regina, Saskatchewan. She is a very nice woman. She gave me some information I thought I would pass on to you about the National 60’s Scoop Lawsuit. They are still needing someone from Quebec that was apprehended during the Scoop Era.

The Lawsuit is about Cultural Loss, Loss of Language and Abuse suffered during this time.

This lawsuit is for First Nations and Metis.

Anyone that feels they were part of the 60’s Scoop in all Provinces, can apply even if you are living in America or another Country.
